Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please reach out to us by using our Contact Us page before sending anything back and we will be more than happy to guide you through the returns process.

We will keep you updated at all times on the refund process and work with you to have your order shipped back to us. Once we have received the return and verified it, we will refund you on your original method of payment. Please be aware that it can take some time for the refund to be processed.

We want to support our customers as best we can so to help you get your refund, please be aware of the following when returning your order:

  • it must be sent to us within 30 days of purchase
  • it is sent back unused and with all of the original packaging intact
  • the return will be inspected for issues that cause the product to be unsaleable
  • we can cover the shipping costs for the return if the wrong product was sent by us or if there is a manufacturing defect. In any other case, we, unfortunately, will not be able to cover any shipping costs
  • shipping costs are non-refundable
