Shipping policy

Where do you ship?

We ship within Canada and to the US.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping is broken down into two steps:

  1. Processing - This is where your order is prepared, packaged, and handed off to a carrier like Canada Post, UPS, etc.
  2. Shipping - The actual delivery done by the carrier
For processing, please allow 1-3 business days if you have chosen Standard shipping or 1 business day for any non-Standard shipping options (excluding weekends and holidays) after which the order is handed over to one of our carriers.

The transit time for Standard shipping in Canada is 2 to 12 business days. Standard shipping is free. Xpresspost and Priority shipping is calculated based on weight and postal code. All calculated rates are shown on the checkout page.

Can I please get a tracking number with my order?

Yes! We will provide you with a tracking number in an email as soon as your order ships. Please keep an eye on your spam and other folders if you do not see the email in your inbox.

I made a mistake! Can I change my order?

Please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will always try our best to accommodate any changes but please be aware that once your order has been processed and shipped, we will no longer be able to make any changes.

Are there any other important points I should be aware of?

We urge all our customers to collect their order on time if it ends up at the post office. Otherwise, the order will be returned to us and sending it back to you will cost you shipping charges again. Let's try to keep the emissions from shipping and our carbon footprint low.
